About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.
Products
All kits are supplied unpainted and unassembled unless the listing says otherwise. Product photographs may show assembled or painted examples built by the manufacturer and are provided for reference only. Minor variation in casting is normal in resin production.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if that affects your order.
Stock
Stock levels shown are our best information at the time of ordering. If a kit becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Safety
These are collector models, not toys. They contain small and sometimes sharp parts and are not suitable for children under 14. Resin dust should not be inhaled; sand with a mask and adequate ventilation.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the equivalent legislation in your country. Our returns policy sits alongside those rights, not instead of them.
