Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within two business days of payment clearing. Kits ship from our supplier’s warehouse in Hong Kong.
Delivery times
Economy shipping typically takes two to five weeks depending on your country and local customs processing. Australia and New Zealand are usually at the faster end of that range. Tracking is provided where the carrier supports it.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs processing and import charges set by your country. These are not included in the price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
You may return a kit within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the kit arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. Kits must come back unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged or missing parts
Resin casting occasionally produces a short-shot or a broken thin part in transit. Send us a photo through the contact page within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. You will not need to return a damaged kit.
